This app would work a lot better if you could actually get to some of the features, there isnt anything to review since I cant get the app to even load but I mean there is a nice blue background with the play station logo to look at and every once and a while it has a refresh button that wont do anything but makes you think it will

I bet no efforts were made to build this app. If you want to just direct users to website in app form dont make a f****** app. Mobile website is better and faster than this app. Ps4 is better than xbox but Microsoft app is just million times better than sonys app!!!

I like the app and the ps message application as well but they need to update it and add remote play to this application

Im not sure even if one sigle thing can work more than 10 seconds before crash.

One of the only reasons to get this app is to message and they moved that to a different app!

They need to add remote play to this app. So we can use need device as a screen.

Nothing ever loads.

I love the PlayStation but this app is garbage. It wont accept my login but when I want a recovery of my password, IT SAYS MY EMAIL ADRESS IS INVALID! If its invalid then how come I can go on my laptop and login with the same information? I just feel this is so much Bull that I cant access it at all

Absolutely terrible no remote plays whatsoever if you wanna press the home button and thats it download this. Remote play or just dont make an app we want a real time second screen!

So I was struggling to sign in to the app and I thought I forget my password. So I changed my password and it still didnt work. Its not worth it.

I recently bought my first ps4 and naturally was inclined to download the companion app. Its really useful, and I havent run into any crashes. The only thing that would make this app better (and I mean a lot better) would be to include functionality of the remote feature when using Netflix, Hulu, etc. PLEASE fix. Automatic 5 stars when its fixed.

I always used to use this app without problem to buy games and then have it download them to my waiting PS4 so I could play when I got home. For the last 2 years or so, everything about the PlayStation Store within the app has been terrible. I could barely look at games in the store without the app crashing or falling to load let alone try to purchase and send to my PS4. It would appear that that is finally fixed!! I dont use the app for much more than that so I have no further complaints!

This is the worst app ever! It has crashed every time I have tried to use it!

Please fix the remote control function. I use SmartGlass for my XboxOne and its perfect. No reason why PlayStation app developers cant make this more user friendly and proficient. Please, please, please fix it!!!! Thanks.

The app was always rather clunky and took an incredibly long time to load, but it was still worth it for the messages. Now that has been removed, I will no longer be using the app at all, a complete waste of time.
