App is really slow and laggy. Most of the time just opens web browser. UX is like from late 90s. Cmon Sony im sure you can do something much better than this crap.

Give back messages to this app, one app of yours its enough.

They have changed this app from almost useless to total piece of crap. Right now even friends list is not working properly because its not updating anymore. And they have split messages to different app. Sony is getting even more stupid than it was.

This app dont start any more after updating to iOS 10

Why is that? Isnt it just very unfair hint for purchasing of new device?

Having started to use this app the only negative was that it refreshes your login data and I had to relogin with typing log/pass. But now I have an error when trying to login, and the access denied when login into playstore. Whats the problem? If it is under maintenance, why not to make notifications?!

This app encloses every possible misstep in UX design coupled with an anachronistic UI. Hey, at least it works, right? No. It doesnt.

I downloaded a game while at work from this app. Saved me a few hours of waiting. No complaints.

One star it is, but in all fairness I cant even open the app. Once selected the app opens to a blue screen with the PS logo....thats it. Forever. It doesnt do anything else. iPhone 6 w/ 10.1.1

So the app is not that bad but I wish they would fix the issue on buying digital games from the app because every time I want to buy a game digitally the button to buy it doesnt work and I end up going to the website to do it. Please fix the issue

I thought i would be able to use this app for remote play but all it does if i try to second screen is not currently in use so sony please fix that

Needs an update with a cleaner, easier UI/UX. This app used a web browser within the app so load times are slow and screen is clunky. No option to see PSN Community.

Its funny how it does not let you log to youre own account even it just says incorrect password over and over

Im only getting three stars because, when I downloaded this app a year ago I thought Id be able to remote play from my PS4 to my phone now a year later I still cant, it would be amazing if remote play could be added.
